Support

How can we help?

Write to support@torkapp.app — or, in the app, open Settings → Report a problem (you can attach a screenshot). Replies usually come within a few days.

Rides and Strava

My new ride isn't in Tork

Strava tells Tork about new rides within a minute or two of the upload. If one is missing, check Settings → Connected apps that Strava is still connected. Indoor rides without a bike tagged on Strava aren't added to a bike — pick one from the ride in Tork.

A ride went to the wrong bike

Open the ride in Tork and choose the right bike. Tork uses the bike tagged on Strava, so tagging it there helps future rides too.

How do I disconnect Strava?

Settings → Connected apps → Disconnect (or remove Tork in Strava's own settings). Tork stops syncing, gives up its access, and deletes the rides it imported from Strava — so the wear they added goes too. Your bikes, parts and service history stay. Connect again any time to re-import.

Parts and tasks

Why did marking a task done retire my part?

Only Replace tasks do that (Replace chain, Replace pads…): replacing a part means the old one is off the bike. Tork keeps its history and offers to add the new one, starting from zero. Other tasks — lube, check, inspect — just start counting again.

Can I rename tasks?

Yes. Tap a task on the part's screen to change its name, intervals and reminders. Names are saved exactly as you write them, in any language.

How do I remove a bike?

Open the bike → Edit bike → Archive bike. Its parts are retired and their history stays; its rides stay too.

Notifications

Settings → Notifications. If nothing arrives, check that notifications for Tork are allowed in the iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Tork.

Tork Lifetime

Tork is free. Tork Lifetime is an optional one-time purchase through the App Store that supports the app and includes any paid feature added later. On a new iPhone, open the Lifetime sheet and tap Restore purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This deletes your bikes, parts, rides, photos and settings, disconnects Strava, and — if you signed in with Apple — removes Tork from your Apple Account's “Sign in with Apple” list. You'll get an email confirming it. It can't be undone. If you can't open the app, email support@torkapp.app from your account's address and we'll do it for you.
