Terms of Use
The ground rules
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Tork, an iPhone app by Yehor Kovalchuk (“we”, “us”). Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two differ, these terms add to it. By using Tork you agree to both.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure — you're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Delete account.
Your content
Your bikes, notes, photos and rides stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run Tork for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share or that's unlawful.
Maintenance reminders are guidance
Tork's intervals and reminders are general starting points, based on the rides it knows about. They aren't a mechanic's inspection and can be wrong — rides can be missing, and real wear depends on conditions, riding and parts. Always check your bike before riding and have safety-critical parts such as brakes, tires and steering looked at by a qualified mechanic when in doubt. You're responsible for your bike's condition and your own safety.
Strava
Connecting Strava is optional. Tork isn't made by or affiliated with Strava, and Strava's own terms apply to your Strava account. If Strava changes or stops its service, syncing may stop.
Tork Lifetime
Tork is free. Tork Lifetime is an optional one-time purchase through the App Store. It supports the app and includes any paid feature we add later, for as long as we offer Tork. Apple handles payment and refunds under its own terms.
Fair use
Don't misuse Tork: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Tork running and your data safe, but the app is provided “as is”, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features; if we ever shut Tork down, we'll give notice so you can keep what matters to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage or injury from a part that wears out or fails, whether or not Tork reminded you. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited — including those of consumers where you live.
Ending things
You can stop using Tork and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in.
